AN ACT to authorize Acts of Assembly, passed
at the present session of the General Assembly,
to be repealed, and to make valid such repeal. |

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That it shall be lawful for this
General Assembly to repeal any Act that has been
passed, or that may be passed, at the present ses-
sion of this Legislature, and to pass another Act
upon the same subject, and of the same form and
substance of the Act thus repealed, and that any
repeal of an Act passed since the commencement
of the present session, shall be as valid and effect-
ual as if the laws and usages of legislative bodies
had authorized such repeal, and the re-enactment
of the same by another Act. |
Lawful for

same Session. |
Sec. 7. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage. |

AN ACT appropriating the sum of sixty-one dol-
lars and nineteen cents to pay the costs recover-
able from the State, by the appellees, in the
cases of State of Maryland vs. John Hartley,
surviving obligor of James Twigg and others;
and State of Maryland vs. Jonathan Hendrick-
son and others, said cases being appeals from
the Circuit Court for Allegany county. |
