fended, in all or any Courts of Justice, and before
all or any Judges, officers or persons whatsoever,
in all and singular actions, matters or demands
whatsoever. |
May have and
use a common
seal. |
Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That it shall and may
be lawful for the said corporation to have a com-
mon heal for their use, and the same at their will
and pleasure, to change, alter and make anew,
from time to time, as they may think best, and
shall, in general, have and exercise all such rights,
privileges and immunities, as by law, are incident
or necessary to corporations, and what may be ne-
cessary to the corporation herein constituted, and
to enable the members of said order to exercise all
things concerning the design of this corporation,
for the benevolent relief of the sick and distressed,
and for the promotion of their purposes generally. |
Allowed to
alter or amend
their by-laws. |
Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That this corporation
shall have power to make, alter and amend their
by-laws at pleasure; provided, they do not conflict
with the laws of the State of Maryland, the laws
of the United States, or the laws of the Grand
Lodge. |
Reservation. |
Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That the General As-
sembly of Maryland, reserves the right to change,
alter or annul this Act of incorporation at any
time. |
In force. |
Sec. 6. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the day of its passage. |

SECTION 1, Be it enacted by the general Assembly
of Maryland, That the fishing season in the wa-
ters of Romney creek, in Harford county, shall
begin on the fifteenth day of March and end on |
