city, awarding a mandamus against the said ap-
pellant. -

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act
shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 16.

AN ACT entitled, an Act to repeal an Act to add
additional Sections to Article first of the Code of
Public Local Laws for Allegany county, relating
to the drawing and summoning of Jurors, to be
arranged under the head of Jurors in said coun-
ty, passed at the session of the General Assem-
bly of eighteen hundred and sixty-five, Chapter
eleven.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That an Act to add additional Sec-
tions to Article first of the Code of Public Local
Laws for Allegany county, relating to the draw-
ing and summoning of Jurors, to be arranged un-
der the head of Jurors in said county, passed at
January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-five,
of the General Assembly, Chapter eleven, be and
the same is hereby repealed.
