The bill entitled, an Act to repeal the 27th, 28th and 29th
sections of the second article of the Code of Public Local
Laws, and to enact another section in lieu thereof relating to
the sale of spiritous liquors to the paupers at the Aim's
House, in Anne Arnndel county ;

Being under consideration,

The amendments submitted by the Committee on Judicial
Proceedings were read and adopted.

The bill was then read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays as follow:

county, to pay J. G. Strong for copies of a map of said coun-
ty which he is about to publish on the scale of one inch to the
