2. Special meetings may also be called by the President and
Vice President, or on the written request of any three Man-
agers.

3. Seven Managers shall constitute a quorum.

4. The President, or in his absence the Vice President,
shall preside at all meetings of the society and Board, and
perform the duties usual to such officer.

5. The Recording Secretary shall keep a record of the pro-
ceedings of the Society and Board.

The Corresponding Secretary shall have charge of all the
correspondence of the society, and perform such other duties
as General Superintendent as the Board may direct.

7. The Treasurer shall be arthorized to pay any funds in
his hands, on the order of the Coriesponding Secretary, coun-
tersigned by the President, or in his absence by three Man-
agers. At each stated meeting, he shall report the amount
of receipts and' expenditures since the last stated meeting,
and the amount of funds on hand.

8. The annqal meeting of the society shall be held at such
time and place in October in each year, as the Board may
designate, at which time the annual election for Managers
shall take place, and a report of the workings of the society
shall be made by the Board.

9. No alteration of, or addition to the by laws shall be made,
except at a stated meeting of the Board of Managers, of which
notice shall be given at the last previous stated meeting.
