The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Travelers Life
and Accident Insurance Company of Baltimore;

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading, and

Was accordingly engrossed.
On motion by Mr. Frazier,

Was read the third time by special order, and passed by
yeas and nays as follow:

the acts for 1864, providing for the payment of bounty to
volunteers,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading ;
