Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to authorize the Register of Wills
for Dorchester county, to record the will of the late Doctor
Joseph Nicols of said county;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate Howard Lodge No.
13, Independent Order of Good Templars, of Leitersburg,
Maryland;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to pay to Isaac C. W. Powell and
James L. Martin, former State's Attorneys for Talbot county,
commissions on a certain sum of money collected by them and
paid into the Treasury of this State;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

A bill entitled, an Act to add a new section to article 22 of
the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to Register of Wills,
to come in after the 95th section;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay the claim of Wheelwright, Mudge and Company;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

A bill entitled, an Act for the extension of the powers of
the Bailiff of the town of Easton, in Talbot county;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Oblate Sisters of
Providence of the city of Baltimore;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to further extend the time and pro-
visions of the Act, passed February 6, 1864, chapter 15, and
March 14th, 1864, chapter 373 and the supplements thereto,
relating to the payment of Bounties to Volunteers, and draft-
ed men of this State:
