A bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 99, of Article 30,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title Crimes and Punish-
ments, sub-title, Larcency, and to re-enact the same with an
amendment;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 34, of Article 30,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title Crimes and Punish-
ments, sub-title counterfeiting and forgery, and relating to
inspected and un-inspected tobacco, and to re-enact the same
with an amendment;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Act requiring the County Commissioners
of Prince George's county, to construct a bridge across the
Eastern Branch at Bladensburg, on the turnpike leading to
Washington, and authorizing them to levy a sum therefor;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Act to repeal sections 87, 88 and 89 of
article 14, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent county,
title Drovers;

Endosed, "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Act to make valid certain bequests under
the will of Eleanor G. Scott, late of Baltimore city, deceased;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill eulitled, an Act to repeal the 19th section of the 24th
article at' the Code of Public General Laws, title Convey-
ancing, and to re-enact the same with an amendment;

to keep open the Harbor of Baltimore, and the access thereto,
from obstruction by ice, and for harbor and river relief;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mitted on Judicial Proceedings.
