lege of Maryland.

real estate of James D. Wilds, deceased, late of the State of
Delaware.

Also, the bill entitled, an Act to establish another Court
for the city of Baltimore, as provided by the 41st section of
the 4th article of the Constitution; ,

Also, the bill entitled, an Act to create the office of Lum-
ber Inspector and Wood Corder for the Pocomoke river;

Also, the bill entitled, an Act authorizing the Commis-
sioners of Worcester county to accept and establish as a
county road a road therein described, and making said road
the division line of that portion of Worcester and Somerset
counties;

Also, the bill entitled, an Act to repeal section second of
article eighty-two of the Code of Public General Laws, relat-
ing to riots, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

108, passed Febauary 8, 1866, relating to certificates for pay-
ment of bounties, and to re-enact the same;

Factory, in Baltimore county, passed March 7th, 1864, chap-
ter 206;

Ship Yard Company;
