So the House at 3 1/4 o'clock, A. M,. took a recess until 10 SATURDAY, March 23, 1867. The House met. And was opened with prayer by the Rev. Mr. Cassidy. Present at the call of the roll the following members : Messrs. Miller, Speaker, Morgan, Beck, Williams, Clarke, The Speaker laid before the House the following : OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE, ANNAPOLIS, March 22, 1867. To the Hon. Oliver Miller, Speaker of the House of Delegates : Sir:—In obedience to the Act of 1865, chapter 130, I have I am Sir, Your obedient servant, AUGUSTUS GASSAWAY, Secretary of the Senate.
