The rules were suspended, and the House took up for con-
sideration the Senate bill entitled an Act to add the following
sections to article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Revenue and Taxes," sub-title "direct taxes," relat-
ing to the sale of real and leasehold estates for taxes in the
several counties ;
