THURSDAY, March 21, 1867.

The House met,

And was opened with prayer by the Rev. Mr. Hammond.

The Journal of yesterday was read and approved.

On motion of Mr. Nicolai,

The Senate bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Mary-
land Industrial Agency, and to aid Railroad Companies,
Farmers, Planters, Manufactures and others, to obtain loans
and advances of money and of credits upon more favorable
terms than such loans and credits usually given by banks.

Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follow:
