The Secretary of the Senate returned the bill entitled an
Act to authorize the Board of Public Works to vote the stock
of the State in the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Company for
President and four Directors upon the nomination of the
holders of preferred bonds of said Company.
Also the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Frederick
and Pennsylvania line Railroad Company.
Also, the bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Western
Run Railroad Company.
Also, the bill entitled, an Act to amend and re-enact sec-
tions 181 and 187 of article 8 of Public Local Laws for Cecil
county relating to dogs so as to read as follows :

the town of Frostburg in Allegany county, and re-enact the
