Mr. Neilson moved a suspension of the rules to enable him
to offer an order;

The Senate bill entitled, an Act to amend the charter o1
the Kent County Railroad Company, passed January session.
1856, chapter 148, entitled, an Act to incorporate the Keni
County Railroad Company, to secure the completion of the
said road, by the issuing of additional bonds of the Company,
and to provide for the payment of the State subscription foi
stock in said Company, and to waive the State lien,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follow:
