Said resolutions were then sent to the Senate.

The Secretary of -the Senate returned the bill entitled, an
Act appropriating a sum of money to pay the claims of Jas.
L. Martin, Thomas Donaldson, and others, endorsed "passed
by yeas and nays."

Also the. bill entitled, an Act supplementary to an Act
passed February 6th, 1866, chapter 144, entitled an Act to
repeal the first section of the Act of 1865, chapter 87,
and to amend and re-enact sections 55, 59 and 60 of the
second article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne
Arundel county, relating to the sale of spiritous liquors to
minors in the city of Annapolis, and within five miles there-
of and to re-enact with amendments; endorsed "passed by
yeas and nays.
