county to levy a sum of money to build a bridge over the

(three-fourths of all the members concurring),

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Atlantic Hotel
company, of Berlin, Worcester county;

Was read a second, and by special order, a third time, and

Passed by yeas and nays as follow :
