in force the Act of 1854, chapter 60, entitled, an Act to in-
corporate a society in Washington county, to be styled the
Agricultural and Mechanical Association of Washington
county;

Reported it without amendment,
The bill was then read a second time.

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Miles
River Wharf Company, at Miles River, in Talbot county,
"passed at January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-
four, chapter forty-six;"

Reported it without amendment;

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate "The
Methodist Episcopal Church and Cemetery Society of Kent
couuty," near Galena, in Kent county;

Reported it without amendment;

The bill was then read the second time.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates returned the bill en-
titled, an Act to provide for the payment of the officers of
Registration of this State, their officers and expenses ;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

The Clerk of the House of Delegate delivered the following
bills:

A bill entitled, an Act to pay John H. B. Latrobe, Wil-
liam Schley and John M. Frazier, for legal services ;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Towsonton Sav-
ings Institution ;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Gwynns Falls
Bridge Company of the Washington Road ;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 39 of Article 20 of
the Code of Public Local Laws entitled, Talbot county, and
to re-enact the same;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.
