of Titus Davy, a person of color, late of said county, de-
ceased.

of Incorporation of. Mechanics town, in Frederick county,
Maryland, passed December session, 1831, chapter 111, with
the several supplements thereto.

River Steamboat company;

Also, delivered a bill entitled, an Act to compensate Eze-
kiel F. Chambers for professional services rendered the State;

Caroline county delegations.

Also, the bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 98 of article
4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, titled city of Baltimore,
subtitled "auctions," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments;

Which was read a first time and referred to Baltimore city
delegation.

Also, a bill entitled, an Act to authorize the Chester bridge
company, to pay over certain dividends in the stock of W. B.
Craae, deceased;

Which was read a first time and referred to Kent county
delegation;

Also, a bill entitled, an Act for the relief of Capt. R. Jones,
of St. Mary's county, from any responsibility to the State of
Maryland for the preservation of arms ;

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Militia.

Also, the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Resolute
Fire Insurance Company, of Baltimore city ;
