Mr. Ford moved that the House do now adjourn until to-
morrow morning at eleven o'clock ;

Which was not sustained.

The question then recurring upon the amendment pro-
posed by Mr. Lindsey,

Mr. Stevens moved the previous question,

Which was sustained.

The question then being,

"Shall the previous question be now put ?"

It was sustained.

The question then recurring upon the amendment proposed

Mr. Coleman moved that the House do now adjourn until
