On motion of Mr. Boswell, a call of the House was ordered,

Mr. Ford moved that all further proceedings under the
call be dispensed with,

Which was not sustained.

Mr. Stevens moved that the Sergeant-at-Arms be ordered
to notified the absent members to give their attendance and
bring them before the bar of the House:

Mr. King moved that the door keeper be sent to notify the
absent members to give their attendance

Which was decided in the negative.

Mr. King moved that all further proceedings under the
call be dispensed with,
Which was sustained.

The question then being, shall the previous question be now
put ?
