The bill entitled, an Act to appropriate fifteen thousand
dollars to the House of Refuge in the city of Baltimore, to
aid in meeting the current expenses of the corporation, and
the further sum of ten thousand dollars, to be applied to the
erection of a wing to their present building;

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading, and

Was accordingly engrossed.
