The bill entitled, an Act to repeal chapter 129, of the Acts
of 1864, entitled, an Act to add additional sections to the 44th
Article of the Code of Public General Laws, title, Maryland
Hospital, prescribing an additional oath to be taken by the
President, Vice-President and Visitors of the said Hospital,
and to re-instate the former President, Vice-President and
Visitors of the said Hospital in office;

Being under consideration;

Mr. Tome submitted the following amendment.

On the question being put, it was
