After the word "notice in 6th line, section 3," insert as
follows "at least ten days daily, prior to the time for holding
the election of directors of said Company, in three newspapers
published in the city of Baltimore," striking out all after the
word "notice" in 6th line, section 3, to the word "call" in 7th
line same section.

4th line, 14th section, after the word "thereafter," add
"the General Assembly, reserving the right to alter, amend
or modify any or all of the provisions of this Act at its plea-
sure."
