Mr. Boswell offered the following substitute for the order:
Ordered, That the privilege of the floor of the House be
granted the Committee appointed to represent the citizens of
Baltimore on to-morrow, the 26th instant, at 11 1/2 o'clock, for
the purpose of presenting such memorial or memorials to this
General Assembly, with which they may have been charged
by their fellow-townsmen.
Mr. Williams moved that the House do now adjourn until
tomorrow morning at eleven o'clock,
