The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Howard Lodge
No. 119, of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons.

The bill, entitled, an Act to incorporate the United States
Real Estate Mining and Manufacturing Company of Maryland.

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Mining and
Mechanics Co-operative Store of Franklin Mines in Allegany
county.

The bill entitled, an Act to revive and amend the Act of
incorporation of the town of New Windsor in Carroll county,
passed at December session, 1843, chapter 47, and to repeal
the 14th section thereof, and re-enact the same with the fol-
lowing new and additional sections.

The bill entitled, an Act to create the office of Lumber In-
spector, and Wood Corder for the Pocomoke river.

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate Redemption Lodge,
No. 1, Maryland, of the Independent Order of Good Tem-
plars, of Keediesville, Washington county.

The, bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Boonsboro'
Cemetery Association.

Were severally read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

On motion of Mr. Davis, of Baltimore city,
