The bill entitled, an Act to atuhorize and require the Comp-
troller to correct the errors in the distribution of the Free School
Fund from the year 1852, to the year 1866, and to pay to
Baltimore city and to Baltimore county, the amounts of
which they have been deprived by said errors, and to make
appropriation for that purpose, was

On motion by Mr. Stephenson,
Referred to the Committee on Finance.

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the village of
Church Creek, in Dorchester county,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
