The title was amended to read as follows:
A bill entitled, an Act to repeal sections 1, 2 and 3 of
chapter 43, passed January session, 1862, entitled, an Act to
amend sectioaa 13 and 15 of Article 98 of the Coie of Pub-
lic General Laws, entitled, "Wild Fowl" relating to catch-
ing and killing of Partridges, Woodcock and Pheasants, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
