Mr. Neael, the rules being suspended, offered the following:

Ordered, That the members of this House composing the
several traveling committees appointed by this Body, and now
absent, be notified to return at once to Annapolis and resume
their duties here ;

Which, on motion of Mr. Ford,
Was laid on the table.

Mr. Linthicum moved that the House do now adjourn until
to-morrow at twelve (12) o'clock ;

Which was lost.

Mr. King moved a suspension of the rules to enable Mr.
Appleman to offer an order ;

Which was not sustained.

The bill entitled, a supplement to an Act to incorporate
the Charles Street Avenue Company, passed at January ses-
sion, 1854 ;

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol-
