Was accordingly engrossed.

The bill entitled, an Act to authorize Thomas J. White
and others, of Howard county, to convey a house and certain
land to Joseph Blew and others,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading, and

Was accordingly engrossed.

The bill entitled, an Act to refund to Isaac Amos late
Sheriff of Harford county, a certain sum of money erroneously
paid into the State Treasury,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading, and

Was accordingly engrosed.

The bill entitled, an Act for the relief of Thomas Lusby,
and to appoint commissioners to assess damages sustained by
him in the opening of the public road through his land,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading, and

Was accordingly engrossed.

A bill entitled, an Act to repeal section I, chapter 143. of
an Act of 1865, entitled, an Act to empower the county com-
missioners of Queen Anne's county, to levy the sum of two
hundred and fifty dollars on the taxable property of the coun-
ty, to pay T. G. Strong, for copies of a map of said county,
which he is about to publish, on the scale of one inch to the
mile, and which said copies are intended to be distributed
among the public schools of the county, and to re-enact the
same with amendments,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading, and

Was accordingly engrossed.

The bill entitled, an Act requiring and authorizing the
commissioners of Allegany county, to levy for the clerk of the
Circuit Court of Allegany county, a certain sum of money,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading, and

Was accordingly engrosed.

The bill entitled, an Act to require Drovers passing through
Kent county, to have their cattle marked, and authorize the
sale of cattle found unmarked, that may be found in droves,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading, and
