Leave was granted the Committee on Corporations to in-
troduce a bill to incorporate the Patomack Falls Gold Mining
Company, of Montgomery county, Md.

Referred to the Montgomery and St. Mary's delegations.

The Speaker laid before the House a memorial in relation
to the survey of the boundary line between Maryland and
Virginia.

Which was read and referred to the Allegany and Wash-
ington county delegations.

On motion of Mr. Thomas,

The vote by which the bill entitled, an Act to restore to
full citizenship and the right to vote and hold office, all per-
sons who may be deprived thereof by provisions contained in
the 4th section, 1st Article of the Constitution, was made the
order of the day for to-day at 1 o'clock, was reconsidered.

The said bill was then taken up for consideration on its
third reading.
