On motion of Mr. Haller,
The bill was ordered to be printed.

Mr. McCulloh, from a Select Committee, reported favorably
a bill entitled, an Act to amend an Act to add additional sec-
tions to Article 1st of the Code of Public Local Laws of Alle-
gany county, relating to the business of the Circuit Courts
and the summoning of jurors in said county, passed at the
January session 1866, of the General Assembly of Maryland,
chapter 138, and re-enact the same as amended ;

Which was read the first time, and
On motion of Mr. Ford,

The bill was made the Order of the Day for to-morrow at
one o'clock, and ordered to be printed.

Mr. Thomas, from a Select Committee, reported favorably
a bill entitled, an Act to restore to full citizenship and the
right to vote and hold office all persons who may be deprived
thereof by the provisions contained in the fourth section of the
first Article of the Constitution of the State ;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Jump, from a Select Committee, reported favorably a
bill entitled, an Act to authorize the Governor to appoint an
additional Justice of the Peace for the 3rd Election District
in Talbot county;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Williams, from a Select Committee, reported favorably
an Act to authorise the School Commissioners of Calvert coun-
ty to sell certain bank stock held by them, for the benefit of
the Public Schools of said county, and to apply the proceeds
to Educational purposes in said county;

Which was read the first time.
