There are no debts for current expenses.

Of the above amount of what is due from private Patients,
two large old debts are included, the collection of which is
not yet certain. They amount to $3,254, 97.

In the matter of the suit of Dr. Foreman, the Superior
Court of Baltimore city has given a decision against the
Maryland Hospital, which renders the Corporation liable for
about $900 00—unless the decision be reversed by the Court
of Appeals.

Balance due to Hayward, Bartlett & Co. for the heating
apparatus, see Report of the Executive Committee, p 5.
