On the fifteenth day of January, A. D., 1867, personally appeared beforo me the subscriber, a Justice of the
Peace of the State of Maryland in and for the City of Baltimore, George H. Williams, Secretary of the Baltimore
and Harford Turnpike Company, and made oath in due form of law, that the above ig a true and faithful abstract
