I, Horace Resley, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Allegany
county, do hereby certify the above and foregoing to be truly
taken from the books of the Polls, returned to the Clerk's
office by the Judges of election of District No. 10, Nov. 10,
1866.

In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and affix the
seal of said Court, this 24th day of November, 1866.

Circuit Court, for Allegany County:

WHEREAS, an election for a Comptroller of the State of Mary-
land, one Member of the House of Representatives in the Con-
gress of the United States for the fourth Congressional Dis-
trict of Maryland: One Senator for Allegany county to the
State Senate, and five Members of the House of Delegates;
was held on the first Tuesday succeeding the first Monday of
November, being the sixth day of said month, in the year
eighteen hundred and sixty-six, in the several Election Dis-
tricts, in the said ,Allegany county, distinguished by mem-
bers from No. (1) one to No. (16) sixteen inclusive, comfor-
mably to the Constitution and Laws of this State; and where-
as, we the subscribers attending Judges at the close of the
