On motion of Mr. Kimmel,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Kimmel, Young and Mules,
to report a bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 227 of Ar-
ticle 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to elections
in the city of Baltimore, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Mr. Tome moved that the vote making the bill entitled,
an Act to incorporate the Cecil and Harford County Boom
Company, the order of the day for February 5th, be recon-
sidered ;
