ORDERS—

That a Committee of three be appointed to dis-
tribute the several subjects referred to in the mes-
sage of the Governor to the appropriate Commit-
mittees, 19.

That the Committee on the Library be instruct-
ed to inquire into the expediency of enlarging the
Library, 19.

Relating to rates of freights on Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad, and what have been the highest
rates charged within the twelve months ending
December, 31st, 1866, &c., 19.

That the Secretary procure a suitable desk or
case for the reception and security of all mail
matter, 20.

That a Select Committee of three be appoint-
ed to examine and report whether any, and if
any, what unfinished business was referred by the
