BALTIMORE COUNTY RACING COMMISSION.

Governor appoints three for a term of four years from March 28,
1912. (Ch. 77,1912.)

The duties of the Commission are:

To have jurisdiction over meetings for the conduct of horse racing
in Baltimore County.

To grant licenses to Associations entitled to receive them for the
purpose of conducting horse racing.

To regulate, restrict and have general supervision over betting and
the methods of betting on horse racing.

To approve and have superviaion over the officials of a meeting
where horse racing is conducted.
