STATE ARMORY COMMISSION.

All armories owned by the State and all buildings occupied, leased or
rented by or in behalf of the State for the purpose of organizing, train-
ing and equipping such State Military Forces as may now or hereafter
be authorized by law, are under the management and control of the
State Armory Commission consisting of the Governor, the Comptroller
of the Treasury and The Adjutant General.
This Commission is vested with the management, care, control and
maintenance of such armories and other buildings, and is clothed with
all power and authority therefor including the right to make and enforce
all reasonable rules and regulations in connection therewith. (Ch. 144,

The Board of Managers consists of the Governor, Comptroller, Treas-
urer, and nine others appointed in the Act, one from each of the coun-
ties of the Eastern Shore. Terms, three for two years, three for four
years, and three for six years, and as these terms expire the Governor
