Shore, one a resident of one of the tidewater counties of the Western
Shore and one a resident of Baltimore City. The Commission appoints
all officers in the office. (Ch. 711, 1906.)

Upon the request of the Governor of Maryland and under the au-
thority of an Act of Congress, the Secretary of the Department of
Commerce and Labor designated the following officers to co-operate
with the Maryland Shell Fish Commission:
