by the Chairman of the Senate Committee to the Senate and
the Chairman of the House Committee to the House, and
passed by yeas and nays. The bill then stands as amended by
the Committee on Conference and is enrolled in the House in
which it originated.

Should the Committee on Conference not be able to agree, the
bill is rejected.
