order In Council In 1672 (Arohiv. 5:56 and 108). The order of October 22,
1669, erected the territory which Is now comprised in the State of Delaware
into a county by the name of Durham and another unnamed. Neither Dur-
ham nor Worcester were ever represented in the Assembly.
