The Superintendent of Public Buildings and Grounds is the Custo-
dian of the State Buildings and grounds at Annapolis, and has charge
of all matters pertaining- to the lighting, heating and repairing of the
property.

advice and consent of the Senate, and holds his office for the term of

during his pleasure.
