196 MARYLAND MANUAL.

The Board of Managers consists of the Governor, Comptroller,
Attorney-General and Treasurer, together with nine persons appointed
by the Governor, three biennially for six years from the first day of
Hay. (P. G. L., Art, 27, Sec. 306-307).
