122 MARYLAND MANUAL.

Board of trustees consists of the following six persons to rep-
resent the State interest in the Board: the Governor, Comptroller,
Treasurer, President of Senate, Speaker of House of Delegates, Attorney-
General, and the United States Commissioner of Agriculture, ex officio.
One person from each Congressional District, appointed by Governor by
and with consent of Senate ; two biennially for six years from first day
ot February. (Chap. 826, 1888.)
