On motion of Mr. Watkins,
The rules were suspended, and he presented the following
resolution:
Resolved, That the thanks of this House are due, and are
hereby tendered to the Hon. John M. Frazier, Speaker of the
House, for the dignified, faithful and impartial manner, in
winch lie has discharged the various and laborious duties,
pertaining to him us presiding officer;
Which was adopted.
On motion of Mr. Watkins,
He was excused from further attendance on the present
session of the House.
The bill entitled, an Act to amend the Act of 1853, chap-
ter 318, entitled, an Act incorporating the Bohemis Bridge
Company, of Cecil County, Maryland.
