The bill entitled, an Act authorizing the County Commis-
sioners of each and every county of this State to pay to the
Constables of each and every county for reporting State busi-
ness to the Grand Jury of each county, at each and every
term of the Circuit Court;
Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
On motion of Mr. Hazen,
The House took a recess until 7 1/2 o'clock, P. M.
TUESDAY, February 6, 7 1/2 P. M.

of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to county
Commissioners, and to re-enact the same with amendments;
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled, an Act to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, the 31st section of the 9th article of the Code
of Public Local Laws;
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
