Mr. Miller, of Anne Arundel submitted the following amendment to the title of the bill: Amend the title by striking out all after the word "Act" and insert "to repeal the 1st section of the Act of 1865, chap- ter 87, and to amend and re-enact the 55th, 59th and 60th sections of the 2d Article of the Code of Public Local Laws relating to the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors to min- ors and others in the city of Annapolis or within live miles thereof;" Which was adopted. The said bill was then returned to the Senate. The "bill entitled, an Act to regulate the issuing of licenses for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors within the lim- its of the town of Cecilton; Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follow: |
