Mr. Miller, of Anne Arundel, submitted the following amendment; Amend section one, line two, by striking out the word. *'five" and inserting the word. "three," The question being on the adoption of the amendment; Mr. Miller, of Anne Arundel, demanded the yeas and nays; The demand being sustained; The yeas and naya were called, and appeared as follow:
