The following message was received from the Executive,
at the hand.8 of his Private Secretary, Peter Leary, Esq.:
EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT,
Annapolis Feb. l&t, 1866.
Gentlemen «f the. House of Delegates:
In compliance with the request contained in an order pass-
ed by your honorable body on the 25th instant, as communi-
cated to me on the 29th instant, I herewith transmit a full
and correct transcript of the Docket of "Applications for
Pardon under the President's Amnesty Proclamation of May
29th, 18K5," it being the entire record retained in this De-
partment of the proceedings in those cases referred to the
State Executive during the term of my predecessor, none
having been received, by me up to this date.
