The said bill was then sent to the Senate. The bill entitled, an Act to pay Capt. Jesse W. Lee for services; Was taken up for consideration on its third reading. On motion of Mr. Harris, The said hill was recommitted to the committee on Claims. The hill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Dorchester and Delaware Railroad Company, and to direct the payment to the said company of the sura of money pledged by the Act passed at January session, 1860, chapter 303, relating to works of Internal Improvements in Dorchester county; Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and -nays as follow:
